Low voltage panels are the main distribution panels that ensure the transmission of electrical energy without loss of power. With the LV distribution panel, the energy in the distribution tables can be managed from a single panel. With the low voltage panel, the low voltage is brought to the home and workplace by reducing the voltage with the transformers in the electricity distribution area.

Features of Main Distribution Board

Low voltage panel is the panels where the main distribution of electrical energy is made in the workshop, house, factory and workplace. In building-type transformer-centered systems, the low voltage output reaches the distribution panel directly, from which energy distribution is provided to the sub-panels. The main distribution panel and the energy control of the facility are provided from a single panel. In large facilities, assembly is provided together with the compensation panel.

The features of the main distribution boards vary according to the usage area. Within the scope of the new regulation, if it is a pole type transformer facility, the electricity meter will be placed on the assembled measurement panel. If it is a building type transformer facility, there will be an electricity meter in the modular measuring cell.

The main distribution panel is important in terms of occupational health and safety. It offers high performance in the operation of the system.

In large facilities, there are copper busbars, main and output switches, current transformers in the main distribution panel. If the distribution panels are to be mounted outside the building, they must be of external type. If it has an internal feature for installation inside the building, it should be installed with natural aspirator or natural ventilation. In order to prevent contact with the busbars in the panels, the top of the busbars should be protected with transparent fiberglass glass.

Distribution panels are manufactured in a modular structure and can be controlled from the front. In addition, the control switch and measuring instruments are manufactured in such a way that the fuse, switch, contactor, etc. equipment remains in the panels. It is designed in such a way that the cables are properly located inside the panel. Where necessary, plastic cable ducts are preferred.

Low voltage panel manufacturing designs are made with the SOLIDWORKS program and the most suitable design for manufacturing is determined by 3D modeling. After this process, sheet metal is produced based on the design. No post-processing is done on the sheet. In this way, it is ensured that the panels are more resistant to corrosive effects.
